After four weeks in the cramper at HITS, we were ready for a weekend away.  Clair and Charlie decided to leave Thursday, March 15,  afternoon for San Francisco.
So, we just packed our bags and flew to Cincinatti.  The second leg of the journey was to start in one hour. The bad news was, there was a mechanical problem with the airplane and we would have a four hour layover.  The good news?, we would have the same flight crew we had to Hawaii.
Pilot Brittiany and Co Pilot Tamone.
(have I seen them somewhere before?)
They finally announced the plane was ready and we would be boarding at 8pm our time.
We were pretty tired, but found our hotel and after a little partying settled in for the night.
The doorman was kind enough to summon our transportation.
You want what?
We still made it to the Fisherman's Warf and a great view of The Golden Gate Bridge.
Did you know there really is a Bubba Gump?  The crabs look kinda scary.
Tell me you didn't eat the crabs!!
The last person to eat those crabs.....
We stopped to smell the roses and then took another trolley back to the hotel.
We had a different ride in mind, but with gas prices what they are in Callie.
We looked at some horses, making this a business trip.
We found a ride, more to our liking, and were off to the airport.
Where we were happy to find a different plane and crew.
As old blue eyes used to sing, we "left our hearts (and my phone charger) in San Francisco".
